Yoga for the Next Generation

A private 30-minute session designed to introduce children to the discipline of yoga and the benefits of mindfulness.

We focus on the "roots" of the practice: proper alignment, intentional breathing, and mental focus. This session provides a non-competitive space for your child to develop a stronger mind-body connection and build lasting physical resilience.

Includes:
* Intentional Movement: Strengthening the body through traditional yoga postures.

* Breath Mechanics: Simple techniques to help manage stress and frustration.

* Mental Clarity: Closing each session with guided relaxation to improve focus.

Note: Please ensure your child has a quiet space and is wearing comfortable clothing for movement.
